What warranty is provided with a Fears watch?
Every new Fears watch comes with a comprehensive two-year international warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing or mechanical defects.
How should I care for my mechanical watch?
To ensure longevity, we recommend a full service every 3 to 5 years. Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures or strong magnetic fields, and ensure the crown is fully pushed in before any contact with water.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return period for watches purchased directly through our online boutique, provided the watch is in unworn, pristine condition with all original packaging and protective films intact.
